About

You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, feelings of shame, guilt, low self-worth, or perfectionist tendencies. Perhaps you're going through a transitional phase, questioning your identity, or working through trauma. Whatever your reasons for seeking therapy, I'll meet you with warmth, attentiveness, and curiosity about your unique experiences. I provide a space where you'll feel supported and challenged to move in a more purposeful direction. Our work can help you gain new insights, shift unhelpful patterns, learn skills to cope with life's challenges and uncertainties, improve your relationships, and cultivate balance. View 4 Photos

I'm culturally sensitive and affirming. My approach is strengths based, where I view you as resourceful and resilient. It's also collaborative, where therapy is an interactive joint process. We'll explore your personal values and find ways for you to live in greater alignment with them, while nurturing feelings of self-acceptance and self-compassion.

We all experience times where we feel stuck and unsure of how to move forward. Life can be hard, yet you don't have to do it all on your own. I believe growth and change often happen when we're in safe, healing relationships. A strong connection between therapist and client is essential. I encourage you to reach out to me if you think we may be a good fit!
