Making a connection and being understood are essential to a positive and productive therapeutic alliance. My clients say they feel relief and gain insight which helps them enjoy a better quality of life and better relationships. I have 2 locations- the Wellness Seed Collective in Amherst and Stepping Stones Farm in Temple. We can meet in the office to explore struggles, develop strategies and resolve issues. We can also go outside to partner with horses for the powerful experiential method of Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy. I help people suffering with Depression, Anxiety, and Panic Disorder. As the CEO of the Equine Immersion Project (a program for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury and Military Sexual Trauma for Veterans, active duty service members, first responders and their families/caregivers), we serve hundreds of men and women annually. I appreciate the courage it takes to reach out and look forward to the opportunity to connect. I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey to health and happiness.
