About

My career as a therapist was launched after being diagnosed with ADHD while working as an attorney at a large law firm. Today, I specialize in helping people harness their full potential at work and at home. My mission is to empower people to live their most meaningful lives–lives based on their understanding of who they are and how to live in the world in a way that feels satisfying to them.

The most powerful clinical tool is a deep curiosity for everyone’s unique experience. I draw from research-proven methods like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and others to find the right approach. I strive to create an anti-racist, LGBTQIA+-friendly, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental space.

What would your life look like if you felt productive, content, and at peace? What would it take to get you there? Together, we’ll help you reach a stable place where you feel comfortable being exactly who you are.
