My clients teens and young adults who need help identifying and managing their mental health needs whether that is Anxiety, Depression, social problems, and/or adjusting to growing up. I provide therapy as well as psychoeducational assessment services. My assessments target neurodiverse abilities such as ADHD, Autism & learning disabilities. When relevant assessments include recommendations for accommodations for school and work. For my therapy practice, I used solution focused approaches as well as behavior based strategies, combining my skills to create a positive therapeutic experience. Virtual services only in FL and SC. With over 9 years experience, my goal is to help teens, young adults & parents understand their strengths & needs through the use of comprehensive psychoeducational assessments, coaching, counseling and/or parent support & training. Trained to work w/neurodiverse clients as well who have Autism, ADHD etc. Currently licensed in CA & FL and SC. I know it can be difficult to navigate life in todays society. I'm here to listen, to support and help you. I offer an individualized, culturally responsive approach to help clients attain the achievement that they have been looking for.
