I like to think of therapy as a place to inspire people to do better, to want better, to create better and to live better. My ultimate goal is for my clients to embrace their full sense of self, walk away feeling empowered and take courageous steps towards living the life they want to live. I strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where vulnerabilities are embraced and used to shape people into the human beings they were created to be. With over 16 years in the field, I offer my expertise in working with individuals and couples who face intimacy related issues. My specialties include sexual disorders, discrepancies in sexual desire, diverse relationships (ethical non-monogamy, open relationships, etc.) sexual identity, premarital/marital counseling, and other common relationship issues. I have a special interest in working with Black/Brown/Caribbean individuals and couples but welcome everyone of all cultures and races. I am the owner of a group practice that provides a safe space and a variety of services for all populations.
