About

The decision to start psychotherapy is often difficult. You are probably suffering in some way and are ready to make a change in your life. I am a licensed clinical psychologist offering individual psychotherapy for children and adults, in English and Spanish. I bring an individualized and multi-disciplinary approach to my practice, either in a short-term or long-term modality, and incorporate a psychodynamic perspective to treat a wide array of emotional, behavioral and relationship problems. My practice is built upon a relationship of trust, confidentiality and understanding.

I assist my patients in recognizing the underlying causes of their symptoms through gaining a deeper insight and acceptance of who they are. Treatment is only a success when it produces a lasting change allowing each individual to function as their best, most authentic self in every aspect of their life.
