I create a safe holding space where people can deeply explore what is blocking them from enjoying their lives to the fullest. I focus on authentic connection and empathy to build trusting therapeudic relationships. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults. If you are struggling to recover from DID, complex trauma, single traumas, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, or bipolar disorder, I am here to help. I am a driven individual who is passionate about the well-being of people from all backgrounds. I use a variety of methods in my practice and tailor my approach to your individual preferences, goals and needs. Some of the approaches I utilize are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, core values work, self-care skills, EMDR and Art Therapy. Life is going to present challenges, there is no getting around that. What we do now and how we move forward is what matters. I welcome you to come explore your negative beliefs so you can break them down and lessen the hold they have on you. We will then strengthen new positive adaptive beliefs that allow you to thrive in your daily life.
