Tammy received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Minor in Women's Studies from The University of Toledo and her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Bowling Green State University. Tammy is a supervising, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and holds a Social Worker’s license through the State of Ohio. Ms. Harmon-Rodriguez obtained her Trauma-Focused CBT and Motivational Interviewing training through the State of Ohio. She started her career as a Social Worker working with dually diagnosed adults, which inspired and sparked her interest in the specialization of mental health. Tammy has served as a clinical supervisor since 2014. Ms. Harmon-Rodriguez was a clinical coordinator/supervisor from 2016-2019 in Toledo, while maintaining a caseload specializing in adolescents, youth, and family systems. Tammy supervised the youth department’s clinicians and daily operations. Tammy serves both as a clinical director and as a practicing supervising clinician. Ms. Harmon-Rodriguez continues to strive for client-centered and integrative clinical approaches to maintaining the highest quality of care.
