Finding someone who understands you and who is non-judgmental is hard, I have been there! I understand your frustration and would love nothing more than to help you find your acceptance and meaning in your journey. I know you have tried before and might be skeptical, but I see you and I understand. I'm real, I'm honest, and I'm definitely not perfect and as your therapist I place importance on shared decision making and building trust. We will work together to challenge your negative thoughts, improve your mood, and manage stress. Life is full of transitions: School changes, getting married, relationships with friends and family, going through divorce, changing careers, etc. Transitions can cause stress, depression, and anxiety, to name a few. I appreciate partnering with clients to empower them as they navigate difficult transitions and challenges in life. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist who practices diversity, equality, and inclusion. I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, family dynamics, relationship issues, and PTSD.
