We all encounter challenges along our life journeys. Healing can often feel overwhelming, difficult, and lonely. I want you to know that you are not alone. Allow me to partner with you to help you understand and navigate the challenges to make healing possible. I'm a Licensed Resident in Counseling, a military veteran, and a second career professional, with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, addressing issues related to trauma, life transitions, relationships, identity/cultural issues, disabilities, and the military/veteran community. I utilize an integrated person-centered counseling approach, incorporating aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness/Mindful Self-Compassion, Play Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to address the unique needs of each Individual, couple and/or family. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel empowered to heal and to live in wellness. I invite you to reach out and let's talk about how I can help.
