As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, it gives me joy to COLLABORATE, EDUCATE, AND EMPOWER my clients, so that they will learn and use the tools they need to navigate and live healthier lives. I do this by meeting my clients where they are and helping them to identify where they want to be. WE work together as a team to reach their goals. My role is to provide a safe place to process their thoughts, feelings, and behavior and to provide tools for my clients to manage their problems in a healthy and positive way. I utilize a holistic approach from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma Focused Therapy using a multitude of techniques to help clients reach their fullest potential. In my leisure time, I enjoy camping and fishing with my husband and spending time with our blended family.
