Anxiety, Childhood Trauma, Neurodiversity, Depression, ADHD, and Burnout are some of the most common issues that I focus on managing in my practice. Clients who I work with learn to turn towards themselves in order to manage stress, heal from trauma, and create and reinforce healthy boundaries. Many past clients have described "a weight being lifted" after our work together. Building a therapeutic alliance, we will work to identify needs, strengthen the relationship with yourself, and reinforce self-acceptance and empathy. Despite the suffering we all experience at times, we can still find immense relief and joy in this life. I focus on highlighting our shared human experience, understanding the way the human mind works, along with the "lenses" we all wear that allow us to see the same world very differently. Through exploring identity formation, we understand that looking at the past is as important as moving towards the future. Maybe anxiety is making life difficult, or you are an exhausted parent finding it hard to get through the day. Maybe you are lacking motivation or can't seem to maintain boundaries. We can work together so you feel grounded again, and in control of your life. Most Importantly, all of my clients are treated with equality, dignity, empathy, and compassion.
