My goal is to provide comprehensive, evidence-based and easily accessible treatment that gives immediate support and direction. My approach is very open, warm, non-judgmental and highly collaborative. I work with children, adolescents, and adults individually and through family-based therapy. I treat anxiety and mood-related concerns, support issues related to adjustment/coping and life transitions, enhance self-esteem and assertiveness, address academic and behavioral concerns, target eating problems, and provide parenting guidance. I have specialized training in the treatment of eating disorders. Additionally, I specialize in coping/adjustment to chronic medical conditions and sleep problems (all ages), and completed a 2 year-post-doctoral fellowship in focused on those areas. I am also licensed to practice telehealth in PsyPact participating states. My office is located in Friendship Heights, near the metro. I offer morning, afternoon and evening hours.
