With over a decade of experience as a licensed professional clinical counselor, I specialize in assisting individuals, adolescents, and children who have experienced traumatic or confusing events. Using an integrative approach, including parts work or Internal Family Systems, I guide clients in healing and understanding different aspects of themselves. My toolbox is filled with evidence-based techniques tailored to empower you to achieve your goals. I am a Ph.D. candidate specializing in psychodynamic inner child/parts work.
