About

I specialize in evidence-based treatments for children, adolescents, and young adults with depression, anxiety and life stress. I have experience working with clients with diverse and intersecting identities and strongly value integrating evidence-based treatments into the fabric of their lives. I believe that each individual is the expert on themselves and I work to tailor and integrate therapeutic skills into clients’ lives in creative and effective ways.

I have worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient treatment settings for children, teens, and young adults, including at UCLA Semel Institute. I draw from a variety of evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and other mindfulness-based interventions.

I believe that a strong, trusting, and genuine client-therapist relationship is the foundation in which individuals feel seen and heard and can grow and learn. I work collaboratively with each individual to set goals and develop a personalized therapy plans to support them in responding to stress and difficult emotions and making meaningful changes.
