As a clinical psychologist, I work collaboratively with clients who are seeking to become “unstuck,” to meet new challenges, and to navigate relationships and emotions. I strive to develop a nuanced understanding and appreciation of my clients' values, needs, and struggles. Together, we clarify obstacles, evaluate coping strategies, identify personal goals, and develop the skills necessary for a path forward. My approach is non-judgmental, warm, and active. With teens, my background in neuropsychological assessment, executive function skill training, and learning and development, informs my work. With adults, I help individuals with a range of difficulties related to anxiety, relationships, stress management, self-esteem, and decision making. I also focus on time management and organization. I have extensive experience with college and graduate students as well as young professionals. I primarily use techniques based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have training in mindfulness and other practices, which I incorporate into sessions if they appeal to the client.
