Currently work at White Pine Family Counseling, where I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families, and specifically enjoy helping the client(s) improve their relationship with self and others. I am particularly interested in working with couples and intimate partner issues, such as struggles with communication, navigating mental health diagnoses together, desires to improve intimacy, etc. Family problems, teenagers, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma are all things that I am interested in helping with as well. I can help clients when they desire greater peace, joy, and stability in their relationships. I use a systemic approach and look to find the root of the problem to see how different systems impact your life, relationships, and well-being. I typically work from either an emotion-focused perspective or a narrative lens when working with clients, and really strive to help my clients feel seen and heard in whatever capacity they need. I look forward to working with you and hope we can create space for you to be vulnerable and process or access emotions or difficulties that typically feel too daunting so that you can regain power for yourself, develop intimacy with loved ones, and find the direction you're looking for.
