My name is Tala Kolb and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. One of my greatest passions is supporting individuals through life challenges and helping them to find valuable tools to increase happiness and quality of life. I specialize in pre-teens, teens, and young adults who are experiencing a variety of life's challenges and mental health issues, such as life transitions and adjustments, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship and family issues, coping skills, anger management, eating disorders, children/teens with parents going through divorce, bullying and other issues that arise around social media. My approach is client-centered and strength-based, with a holistic lens, integrating cognitive behavioral and mindfulness counseling. I find it rewarding to support individuals through their process of self-growth, change, and reaching their goals. I'm devoted to uplifting others and it's an honor for me to be part of your process. I care deeply about people thriving in life and have always been a self-growth seeker. I am passionate about people experiencing themselves, work, school, relationships, and life fully. I am a mother of two young children and also am a Pilates instructor. I believe in the mind-body connection and am driven by seeing people heal and feel good.
