About

Everyone deserves to experience wellness and life satisfaction. In working with me, women of color will be supported to utilize their strengths to create personal fulfillment, reduce symptoms from anxiety, depression, and life transition. With 20+ years in mental health services, I offer a warm, safe space full of understanding, trust, growth and a platform for clients to be unapologetically themselves. Navigating life armed with the improved ability to effectively work through current difficult moments or let go of past pain results in realized control, empowerment, redefined purpose, a strong identity, and positive self-esteem.

I use a holistic culturally inclusive approach to work with women of color. I also observe common themes, underdeveloped coping skills, and unhealthy perspectives, in addition to trauma and inherited trauma from life experiences. By pinpointing specific patterns of thought or behaviors it will better serve clients leading to change and life satisfaction.

I offer individual counseling services for women over the age of 30. My counsel will support clients in being active and engaged, creating their own unique path to mental wellness. Intentional guidance is always given to obtain what works for each beautifully distinct client therefore creating a safe environment and a strong therapeutic relationship.
