About

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, I aim to be a lighthouse to adolescents & young adults & break down the negative stigma of therapy, specifically in ethnic communities. I believe that enlightening them on taking responsibility for their mental well-being allows them to live their best lives & thrive as their most authentic selves. I provide an open & collaborative space where one can become more in tune with oneself, learn effective communication, emotional regulation, & coping techniques, & navigate life's changes and transitions.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic, tailored to the unique needs of each client. I specialize in a wide range of areas, including LGBTQIA+ issues, life transitions, body image concerns, anger management, stress reduction, self-injury, suicidality, self-esteem, trauma and PTSD, women issues, relationships, & more.

I am here to meet you where you are and support you in living, learning, and thriving through life's challenges. It's time to step out of your own way and take the first step toward growth—start your therapy journey with me.
