One of my specialties is addressing trauma/PTSD with EMDR therapy which engages your physical, cognitive and emotional self to process trauma. Clients in the LGBTQ community find a place to explore gender and sexual identity. Individual clients come in to talk about depression and anxiety among other issues. One of my favorite quotes is: "I am a lighthouse, rather than a lifeboat. I do not rescue, but instead help others to find their way to shore".
