I am a Registered Mental Health Intern specializing in ADHD coaching, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness practices and LGBTQIA+ issues. My journey into therapy stems from a deep-seated passion for helping individuals accept where they are and understand the waves of energy and productivity our brains give us. In my practice, I draw from my clinical mental health background, my personal experience as an ADHD individual, and ongoing ADHD research to provide a holistic approach. I can help clients cultivate present-moment awareness and self-compassion that helps to manage sensory sensitivities and emotional regulation. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am committed to advocating for inclusivity and affirmation in mental health. Creating a safe, non-judgmental space is fundamental to my practice. I come to every session with a warm and empathetic energy, always inviting you to come as you are. We are a complex balance of dark and light and all parts of you are accepted
