About

Counseling requires vulnerability and hard work, but that work can lead to hope and the ability to achieve goals and overcome challenges. I am here to walk with you every step of the way, from life changes to anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. I believe that people have the capacity to change and become the best versions of themselves. My goal in counseling is to help individuals overcome past trauma, confront upcoming challenges, and cope with current struggles using effective tools they can continue to utilize in their daily lives.

I have worked in the school setting for the past 10 years and have experience working with ages 11 to 18. I can help adolescents navigate the complex social world, understand healthy relationships and boundary-setting, as well as support them with sleep or behavior issues. I have experience with adolescents with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and special needs.

I am here to be on your team and believe in you! Change is hard, but change leads to growth. I want to help you grow and provide you with tools and knowledge so that you can continue to thrive every day.
