Tabitha practices with a person centered, holistic approach, and strives to create a safe and validating environment for clients in session. Tabitha utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Modular Approach to Children with Anxiety, Depression, Anxiety, and Conduct (MATCH-ADTC) modalities as well as mindfulness-based practices in session.
