I believe that every individual is unique, therefore I utilize an eclectic approach in my practice. I apply techniques from different modalities of treatment and tailor it to best fit your needs. I use techniques from models such as, EMDR, CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Therapy. I can also provide Christian/Faith based therapy upon request. I am dedicated to helping individuals, adolescents, and families in living their best possible life. Together we will create a plan in which you will learn new skills and build on your current strengths, in order to effectively meet treatment goals and help you on your journey towards a meaningful and lasting change.
