About

Our experiences and emotions play a vital role in how we interpret, make sense of, connect and interact in this world. Life can be challenging to navigate independently. Sometimes we need another person to walk with us on our journey. I believe everyone has the ability to make changes and that people genuinely do well if they have the skills, resources, and support they need. I help people searching to understand their emotions and practice new ways of connecting with themselves, others, and the world around them to help them live a life that is more aligned with their authentic selves.

I use an eclectic approach and integrate humanistic, emotion-focused, nature-based, cognitive behavioral, and person-centered therapy. I assist clients in practicing new ways of communicating, managing emotions, handling life stressors, and increasing distress tolerance.

Everyone needs and deserves to feel connected to themselves, others, and their environment. As a therapist, I will walk alongside you as you navigate life and work toward your goals. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to feel empowered to explore yourself and try new ways of handling challenges and obstacles.
