Accepting new clients - Hello, and welcome! At times life can be daunting and overwhelming, but it's also an ongoing learning experience. Therapy offers a space for you to understand and overcome the challenges of the past or the present. For almost 20 years I have gained experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups, first as a special education teacher and later as a therapist. As a therapist, I let your personality, life experiences, and concerns guide our therapeutic path. I employ numerous therapy approaches, including psychodynamic, existential, and cognitive behavioral. I am thoughtful, careful, collaborative, and direct when needed.
