About

I work with adults, children, and families. Whether you are enduring some very challenging issues or just need someone to unload your burden, I am here to help. Healing ourselves improves our functioning and restores our relationships. Based on your needs, I use a combination of techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic theory. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you feel heard, and support you as you navigate your life’s journey.

When working with dysregulated children or teens, I use a mix of Play Therapy, CBT, and trauma-focused modalities depending on age and I adjust with your child as issues shift. I offer parent support every 4 to 6 weeks so that parents are informed and a part of their child’s progress.

I am a former children’s media manager turned social worker. I am fluent in several languages, have lived in numerous countries, and understand the many challenges of acclimating to the changes in one’s life. Whether your issues are big or small, I am here for you.
