Too often we are expected to travel through life's journey without acknowledging the incredible demands of self-exploration, healing, and discovery. Our world has taught us to believe that if we cannot see hurt, aches, pain, or trauma, then it must not be there. I invite you to challenge this belief and acknowledge that mental health is health, too. Traumas are more often than not invisible, only to be seen when someone is struggling on the outside. It is imperative to pay attention to the obstacles we cannot see. I work with teenagers and adults experiencing the challenges of relationships, unhealthy boundaries, crises, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I value developing a safe therapeutic relationship and utilize modalities such as CBT, motivational interviewing, reality testing, and person-centered therapy. I am certified in accelerated resolution therapy (ART). I hope that you will allow me to walk with you through your journey toward overcoming what stands in your way of relief and resolution.
