About

Hi, I'm Sydney. I am passionate about working with folks who are healing from complex and relational trauma, and are addressing complicated relationships with food and their bodies. In general, I work with clients who have identified patterns or behaviors that aren’t working for them anymore. They are ready to make a change but may be unsure about where to start or what that may look like (which is where I come in!). My hope is that I can assist my clients in learning how to exist in their bodies and engage with their emotions in ways that feel safe and accessible.

Most of my clients struggle with eating disorders, anxiety, childhood trauma, body image issues, people-pleasing, self-esteem issues, perfectionism, codependency, relational issues (family, friends, romantic, sexual), and difficulty with emotional regulation. Through warmth, trust, and tangible skill building I aim to support you in reaching your goals.

I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel seen and safe enough to explore all parts of themselves. My hope is that our time in therapy together can be one of those spaces. As a relational therapist, I offer a compassionate, authentic and non-judgemental therapeutic space that honors you and all of your human complexities.
