Now Accepting New Clients! I am an Independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts. I completed my Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston University as well as training in CBT with a Sports Social Work Certification from the University of Michigan. I completed clinical training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Boston Medical Center. I have extensive experience with individuals facing depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance use, and chronic illness. I have a special interest in athlete mental health, drawing on my experience as a former Division 1 athlete to provide insights and guidance to clients who are also navigating the unique pressures and demands of sports performance. I believe in tailoring my approach to each client's unique needs while employing a range of evidence-based practices to develop a personalized treatment plan. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health, so I am committed to working collaboratively with clients to find the strategies and techniques that work best for them.
