About

I have experience working with people from all walks of life. I enjoy working with adults and couples, typically with issues of anxiety, depression, communication, life transitions, personal growth, relational conflict, self-esteem, sexual difficulties, societal oppression/equity, and trauma. I work with individuals of all backgrounds, abilities, am LGBTQIA+ affirming, am culturally competent and keep up to date (and then some) with all required continuing education credits.

I have completed the Level 1, 2 & 3 trainings through the IFSInstitute for the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, with the level 2 training focused on addictions and eating disorders. I also have experience in: Person-centered therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-focused therapy, Bibliotherapy, Mindfulness, and several others as well.

I respect your strength and vulnerability, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space to express your truth; to process, grow, and heal. I value authenticity and welcome you to be your truest self in whatever way you’re comfortable. I would be honored to join you in your journey, healing, & personal growth!
