About

I will meet you where you are at. I will never pressure you to talk about something you are not comfortable with talking about. Building rapport takes times and I am willing to work through that until my clients feel safe and trust me. My ideal client is one who wants to work on herself/himself and put in that work. I am willing to work on any issues that arise, and if I do not feel like I am the best option for you, then I will let you know. I am extremely transparent and will be honest with my clients if I think they would benefit more from a different type of therapy. Reach out and see if we are a good fit!

I offer a space for individuals struggling and wanting more out of life. I have worked with substance abuse, as well as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, stress management, incorporating self-care into daily living and communication issues in relationships. I have worked with numerous other specialties, but these are the most common.

I am here for you and will always offer a warm, empathic and non-judgmental space for my clients. If you need a place to process through traumatic events, unresolved feelings, talk through your thought process, or even just venting your emotions and experiencing a cathartic release, I am more than happy to assist.
