About

Navigating life’s transitions can be difficult and evoke feelings of anxiety, depression, and create relational issues. Thus, I seek to provide a safe and warm environment for you to express yourself, find comfort, and process complex emotions. I’m a compassionate listener who will collaborate with you to manage the challenges that life seems to throw our way. I utilize an integrative approach to address relationship problems, racial issues, and sexual concerns (e.g., sexual dysfunction, sexual orientation).

As a Black woman, I understand the value of finding a therapist who understands intersectionality. I believe every client is unique and should be treated as such. We will work together to formulate individualized goals and a plan to achieve those aims.

I offer a free 10-minute phone consultation to see if we are a good fit and answer any questions you may have. I value the importance of finding a therapist who you can trust and connect with. Remember, “you are a voice in this world, and you deserve to be heard”.
