About

Struggle is inevitable when we live true to ourselves and try to go after what we want. But is it supposed to be THIS hard? Many of my clients come with this question. Through our work and your own creativity, we can find new ways to be in your relationship with yourself and your loved ones that feel joyful, connected, and alive. Because therapy is a space where we have sometimes need to have hard, honest conversations, I am dedicated to radical gentleness, acceptance, and compassion. I work from a parts frame work, meaning different parts of ourselves are sometimes in conflict & healing involves integration into a whole.

I specialize in couples therapy, eating disorders, and parent coaching. I offer my clients space to process their experience in the moment as well as specific skills to implement outside of session. I am trained in EFT, EFFT, IFS, and attachment-focused EMDR. As a queer Korean American provider, I am firmly anti-racist, anti-oppression, and HAES aligned.

I bring experience from community based social work, private practice settings, higher levels of care, and chapters of my own life. If my approach resonates, please feel free to reach out and let’s talk.
