I believe each individual's inborn capacity to grow and heal. When we feel stuck, we may need some support along the way to connect to our own inner healer. My aim is to nurture that process with spacious curiosity and compassion. I am most passionate about working with adults struggling with relational or complex trauma, attachment issues, self-worth, and parenting challenges. Deep connection to nature, to oneself, and to others is a large part of my personal and professional philosophies. To that end, I offer walking therapy sessions for those who prefer to be outside in nature to explore their inner awareness. I work from a somatic and humanistic framework that explores the mind-body connection as it relates to your hopes for reconnecting with your truest nature. I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy as our navigation system and am IFS-informed. I am also trained in EMDR therapy and often use this approach in tandem with IFS work with my clients in order to process overwhelming life experiences. Feel free to schedule a 15 minute complimentary video call to see if we are a good fit. Check out my website for details about my work with clients and to schedule directly: exploremytruenature.org
