My focus is helping you feel supported during the changes life throws at you. I became a counselor because I understand how frustrating it can feel to not be heard or understood by family, friends, medical professionals or mental health professionals on your journey towards wellness. Have you gotten a recent medical diagnosis and you aren't sure what is next or who to talk to? I specialize working with clients with chronic illnesses such as diabetes, fibromyalgia, rheumatological issues, chronic pain, and more. I understand how it can effect all aspects of your life. My focus is helping you feel supported during these changes. I became a counselor because I understand how frustrating it can feel to not be heard or understood by people in your life on your journey towards wellness. I am kink and LGBQTIA+ friendly, no judgement here! I feel an environment that is full of empathy, engagement, and safety is the best way to start this journey.
