I am a trauma informed therapist who works with teenagers and adults with depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, and life transitions. I have extensive experience in working with grief and loss as well as adjustment to medical illness. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) which can be completed in six sessions. I believe in a holistic approach and use mindfulness, body awareness, and self-regulation as a regular part of my practice. I elicit regular feedback from my clients in order for me to provide the best treatment options for each individual's needs. “Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and freedom.” Victor Frankl, neurologist, psychiatrist, Holocaust survivor Please feel free to contact me with questions, and we can see if I would be a good fit for your particular concerns.
