About

Anxiety, depression, self-criticism, perfectionism, codependency, trauma and other mental health challenges can restrict us from reaching our goals, having meaningful relationships and fully living. These challenges are also accompanied with symptoms that can be problematic, difficult to manage, painful and even debilitating. Yet personal development, whether practiced independently or in the therapeutic setting, can feel daunting and unproductive. People are often at a loss on how to improve their lives. This can lead to dissatisfaction, frustration and despair. This is where I can offer you a different experience.

I believe in giving clients measurable, replicable skills to facilitate their desired changes while also holding healing space for the therapeutic process to unfold.I help people reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, improve relationships, increase self awareness, heal from trauma, and improve performance in both academic and professional pursuits.

Collaboratively, we will enable you to find the balance necessary to sustain connection to self and others regardless of the external circumstance of life. You will also experience increased emotional and cognitive understanding and regulation. As a result you will feel stronger, have clarity, and live in line with what you truly value.
