Some days do you feel stuck in your own life? Confused about where to go from here? Like you don't have the relationships with others that you had imagined for yourself? I feel passionate about helping others get past these stuck points we all experience. I help adults identify patterns that keep them stuck in ways that just aren't working for them anymore. I see my role as listening to your needs, helping you gain a fresh, hope-filled perspective, and collaborating with you to identify what changes you want to make. We work at strengthening your skills such as communicating more effectively, resolving conflict, or dealing with depression or anxiety. I use a family systems framework, which means I help clients understand the impact they have on the system around them and the impact the system has on them.
