About

We have all been going through so much over the last four years with COVID and world wide traumas. I am a “baby boomer” and a survivor of COVID. I understand the anxiety we all feel with so many unknowns and so much grief and loss. We are all on a journey of recovery. I can help with that journey. I care and have the training and empathy to be a guide towards health. My therapuetic style is holistic: focusing on a mind, body and spiritual connection. I work with my patients to promote positive change; we are partners on the journey. Most of my sessions are online which is very convenient for my patients. I am very good at my job.

I specialize in the treatment of clinical disorders: depression, anxiety and mood disorders. Anxiety is the number one mental health concern today in this country. I work with primary care physicans and psychiatrists when medical interventions are appropriate. I have training in psychological testing; utilizing testing as a part of the initial assessment.

My office is 522 West Washington, a converted residence built in the1900's. It is handicapped accessible and warm and cozy. My office manager,Shannah, handles appointments and files insurance claims. My office phone is answered 24 hours a day for emergencies and is open 9-5 Monday through Friday. I take most insurances and Medicare.
