After struggling myself with perinatal disorders, addiction, and narcissistic abuse, I now use my lived experience and expertise as a clinician to walk along you who are still suffering. Sometimes it is a matter of looking at our own thoughts and behaviors, and other times it is a matter of simply having someone who can affirm your experience and understands your struggle. I hope to help you live a more satisfying and meaningful life while giving you the tools to create the life you desire. I understand that if you are looking for a therapist you are likely struggling immensely and I want to help you come out on the other side! As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor, I can offer services to individuals who are seeking relief from perinatal disorders, addiction, relationship issues, domestic violence, trauma, and generally feeling stuck. I am also in my advanced year at the Somatic Experiencing Institute working towards my SEP in trauma treatment. As your counselor, I am determined to create a space for you to discover your own authenticity through a safe and transparent clinical relationship. I am confident we can develop solutions while we systematically explore the foundation of your struggles.
