There is nothing more important than the relationships we have with both ourselves and others! Without a healthy feeling of belonging and connection to others, problems will exist. Be it parent/child conflicts, problems at school, adolescent issues, marital/premarital, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and/or issues with life transitions, I can help you! . I use a combination of proven methods to help children, teens, individuals, couples, and families reach their personal goals and establish their strengths. I help my clients identify and break unhealthy patterns, adopt new interpersonal skills and develop their courage to live and be their best self. Asking for help is a sign of great strength and courage! We need each other in order to survive. Trust the inner voice that is seeking support and connection.
