About

I offer a combination of therapeutic modalities to help pre-teens, adolescents, and adults navigate and cope with their diverse life experiences. My approach is warm, relational, and client-centered, creating a non-judgmental space to explore feelings and concerns. We will discuss and agree upon your therapeutic goals at the outset, and then start the journey toward better life balance and understanding.

My clinical private practice draws upon training in mental health and school counseling from over 30 years. I was a licensed school counselor for 18 years, kindergarten through twelfth grade, sub-acute residential counselor for young adults, therapeutic foster care provider, and art therapy facilitator within many populations.

I work with age seven through adulthood, however, I am not accepting elementary age children at this time, and I do not keep a waitlist. Check back regularly as I will update when there are openings for children. I welcome your inquiry. Please email to set up an initial consultation to determine if my approach could be a good fit for what you’re seeking.
