I provide supportive, compassionate counseling for adults and older adults who are navigating life transitions; living with mental or physical illness; coping with caregiving stressors; grieving the loss of a loved one; and/or dealing with the challenges of aging. I also work with neurodiverse older adults, including people who are autistic and/or living with dementia, ADHD, or other cognitive differences. We all need someone to listen without judgment, and to help us through difficult periods in our life. Therapy can also be a means to better understand why we do what we do, and how to reach our goals that may seem out of reach. View 4 Photos It is important to me to build a supportive partnership with my clients. I offer an initial consultation at no cost so we can both determine if it seems like a good "fit." I utilize different therapeutic frameworks depending on each client's needs. I aim to understand each client's unique challenges and their strengths, and collaborate on a path forward. If you are interested in finding out more about my practice and how we might work together, please contact me by phone, email, or via my website. I look forward to talking with you.
