About

My counseling focus is with teens, adults, and families. I believe everyone can benefit from counseling. I look forward to celebrating and supporting you wherever you may be on your journey. I am a client-led therapist and want you to bring your questions, concerns and fears to our sessions so that we can progress as a team. If an approach isn’t working, I want to know so we can adjust and find something that does work. I want you to feel heard, valued, comfortable and safe. I have a passion for supporting LGBTQIA children, teens, and their families. View 4 Photos

I draw from a blended approach that includes EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MCBT). I also utilize creative outlets through play, art, and music to work towards therapeutic goals.

My focus is on trauma-informed care based in “what happened to you” instead of “what’s wrong with you,” healing from the past and improving the present. In addition, I specialize in working with clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD or ADHD symptoms, and substance use concerns.
