About

Are you tired of living behind a mask while feeling inwardly suffocated by sadness & self-doubt? Therapy is a space where you can put down that mask and allow yourself to be fully seen and supported. Anxiety & depression can gradually infiltrate all aspects of well-being, from mood, physical health, relationship to body & food, to your core sense of worth. As a licensed psychologist, I have over 15 years of experience and training in helping people move through anxiety/panic, obsessive worry, and feelings of inadequacy so that they can live a life of purpose & empowerment.

I specialize in solution focused interventions alongside depth-oriented exploration to help my clients find sustainable relief from suffering. From your first session, we will work collaboratively to empower you with skills grounded in research, while also engaging in meaningful exploration of your background and identity.

It would be a privilege to work with you so that fear or pain cannot rule your life. I prefer initial contact by email for ease of establishing a mutual time to connect by phone. I typically spend 10 to 15 minutes in an initial phone call to answer your questions, determine if my approach is likely to work well for you, and look at schedule compatibility.
