I offer a powerful way to do therapy...Effective, convenient and private. I integrate a blend of therapies including EMDR, EMDR 2.0, internal systems, and others for your customized program. Now I am excited to offer an exciting new process, called the "Flash Technique," that makes EMDR even better! This allows processing the highly disturbing memories and experiences without the disturbance...providing rapid, thorough and lasting relief. I work with you to make the internal changes that release you from old patterns. I've been in practice over 27 years and have a lifetime of my own experience to guide my work with you. Most issues emerge from either old trauma that added something into your life that you didn't want/need OR developmental deficits which prevented you from getting what you did need. Now is the time to release that which is no longer helpful...to restore what is right for you. I use focused techniques to not only repair past damage but to find the best within you, bringing it forward. It is my goal to reveal the truth of who you are.
