Susan Singer is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who has been practicing since 2013. She graduated from Walden University with a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. Previously she worked in a variety of settings as a Social Worker with a bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW). Sue believes in an Integrative Approach, utilizing Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic, Exposure Response Prevention, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt, Grief work and a blend of other approaches so that she can meet the client's needs. Her main area of focus is supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, neuro-divergent adolescents and adults, personality disorders, depression anxiety and adults who are in a period of transition. In her spare time, Sue enjoys being outdoors, gardening, spending time with family and caring for her pets. She is a member of LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapists of Central Florida and devotes her time to volunteering as a board member of Greater Orlando PFLAG.
