About

I believe change is difficult for most people. We often get stuck in certain patterns of behavior and find it difficult to move forward and heal. Every individual has the ability to change within themselves and it is my role to help guide people along the path of change. It is my goal as a Psychologist to help people capitalize on their strengths and teach them new ways of thinking, behaving, and coping with certain issues. I believe every child, teenager, adult, and family unit are unique and require an special/individualized approach to help them achieve their full potential.

I work primarily with women that have experienced depression, anxiety/ocd, trauma, adhd, behavioral and relational issues.

I consider myself blessed in that I truly love my occupation and consider it an honor to be able to guide people towards a meaningful life. I offer weekend hours and tele-health options.
